Porto, as we all know, is a liberal city with a tradition of entrepreneurship and innovation. Therefore, it was only natural for the Portuguese Association of Liberal Professionals, established two years ago, to hold its 1st Professional Forum in this city, where it is headquartered by no coincidence.
